How to Complete a Work Site Induction

1. Getting Started

All Contractors and Workers are required to complete a Site Induction before attending the site.

Workers will receive an email that contains a Click Here link to open a Site Induction web page in SiteBook.

The email will be sent to the email address provided by the Contractor (Manager) when they complete their Pre-Start Check List in SiteBook.

Clicking on the link in the email will open the first page of the online Site Induction.

Please note that pages may look different when viewed on a mobile phone.

Please check that your contact details are correct, and click Next Page to continue.

If your details need updating, please contact your Manager or the Site Supervisor.

2. Update Personal Details

Add your personal contact details.

You can provide an optional picture, and then click Next Page to continue.

3. Emergency Contact Person

Please provide the details of a contact person in case of emergency.

Usually this would be a family member or a work colleague.

4. White Card and High Risk Work Licences

Note:  A White Card is required for site access. 

Please provide the details of your White card, and any High Risk Work Licences by clicking Add Card.

Enter the Card Number, then Get Photo to provide a photo, and then Save.

Then Next Page to continue.

5. Site Safety Documents

Please Read, then confirm that you have read and understood our Safety Management Plan, and your Safe Work Method Statements where supplied, by checking the box.

If you have any questions about site safety or the information in these documents then please contact your Manager, or the Site Manager whose contact details are on the next page.

Then Next Page to continue

6. Induction Slides

Please review the contents of the induction slides, and confirm that you have read each slide by checking the box, then Next Page.

Continue through the slides until your Induction is Complete.

Once the Induction is complete, then you will have access to the Site Page, to view documents relating to the site, including plans & Specifications (where applicable)
