Call-Up Sheet / Construction Task List Guide

A Call-Up Sheet is an ordered list of construction tasks, recording who will be doing a task (e.g. Contractor) and when it is required.

A template is set-up first, then a Call-up sheet can be "generated" for each project.

There is also an option to forecast the Call-Up Required On date by using the Program (Gantt Chart). This requires updating on a regular basis by someone with project management software skills (e.g. like MS-Project). For more information contact SiteBook support.

Setting-Up Templates

Generate a Call-Up Sheet for a Project

From the project list press the Call button

Select the Template you wish to use for your Call-Up Sheet / Construction Task List

The new Call-List will contain all of the tasks from your template

Add Task to add new tasks, or

Click on a Task Number to edit a task

When adding or editing a task you can:

Assign Personnel
Set Required / Called On / Actual Start Dates
Send Notification Emails
Assign Cost Centre / Accounting Codes

Save when finished editing your task

The Call-Up Sheet will reflect any updates to your tasks

Call-Up Sheet on the Mobile App

Access the Call Up Sheet on the mobile app by selecting a job and choosing Call Up Sheet

From the Call List you can Add Tasks or Edit Tasks by clicking on them

When Editing or Adding a Task use the Three Dot Icon ( ... ) to access additional menu options

Here you can Complete or Delete Tasks

Completed Tasks will be hidden from the list unless Show All Tasks in switched on

Note: Additional menu items can also be accessed from the Call List by pressing the Three Dot Icon ( ... )

From this menu you can:

Contact Assigned Resources
Confirm Start Date
Access Job Details
Complete Task
Edit Task
