When adding attendance:

• Select Worker or Visitor
• Select the workers Name
• Log Time
• Enter a Reason (Optional)

Save to complete the entry

When sending an Emergency SMS:

• Edit the message if required
• Tick any additional recipients if required
• Send when ready
